Massachusetts Superior Court Agrees with Craig M. Sandberg That His Pathology Lab Client Cannot Be Sued

For Immediate Release: October 7, 2015

Waltham, MA – A Middlesex County Superior Court judge agreed with Craig M. Sandberg that all claims filed against his client, a Waltham-based pathology laboratory, must be dismissed and a judgment order was entered in favor of Mr. Sandberg's client. The plaintiffs did not appeal that decision.

Craig M. Sandberg (Chicago, IL), working closely with local counsel, successfully obtained the dismissal of all of the plaintiffs' claims against their pathology laboratory client in the Superior Court of Middlesex County. In December of 2014, Plaintiffs filed their multiple count lawsuit alleging, inter alia, unjust enrichment and violation of Section 11 of the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act, Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 93A (M.G.L. c. 93A).

Mr. Sandberg was retained by the pathology laboratory based on his extensive trial experience including with matters intersecting at the crossroads of both medicine and commercial business, as well as his knowledge about pathology laboratory operations.
